Service request details

The service request form is provided by Jobber. It collects the contact and property information, plumbing details, and any optional information or photos you choose to submit. Frank uses those details to review the request, contact you, and coordinate service.

The service request form does not ask for payment card information. Avoid sending account numbers, access codes, or other sensitive details in a plumbing description or attachment.

Service contact and marketing choices

Frank and the service providers handling your request may contact you about that request using the details you supply. Optional email and text marketing choices appear separately in Jobber. Review those choices before sending your request.

You do not need to agree to marketing to request service. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in an email. For marketing texts, follow the opt-out instructions in the message. Refer to the form's phone disclosure for service-related text messages and any message or data rates.

Website and form provider

Wix hosts this website and may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate it. The embedded service request form and the direct request link send the information you enter to Jobber for Frank the Tank's Plumbing.

The Client Hub link also opens Jobber, where existing customers can access the quotes, appointments, invoices, and payment options made available to them. Jobber may process technical information and use cookies or browser storage to operate its forms and customer tools. See Jobber's privacy policy for its practices.

Website analytics and cookies

This Wix-hosted website uses basic Wix Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device and browser details, and actions such as phone-link clicks or opening the Jobber request form. Advertising and personalized tracking are not enabled.

Frank the Tank's Plumbing does not intentionally send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, plumbing descriptions, or other form-field contents you provide to Google Analytics. Analytics is used to measure website performance and improve the service-request experience, not to determine plumbing service eligibility or pricing.

Basic analytics is on by default. Use Privacy settings in the footer to turn it off or on. The website remembers an explicit choice for up to six months using a first-party cookie and also honors supported Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Direct contact and outside links

Phone calls and emails use your phone or email provider. Links to Google, BBB, Angi, and Facebook lead to those companies' websites and privacy practices.
